This Seminar offers some information about the body, but more importantly, a guided space for talking with your young lady about the beauty of her body, God’s gift of fertility, the changes that can lead to motherhood such as menstrual cycles including ovulation, respect for the sacredness of human life, the virtue of waiting for a future spouse, there will also be confidential conversations. 

Please note, the Session offers a Catholic context and is geared for the general psychological and biological levels of girls 11-14 years old. If you believe your daughter (9 or 10 years old) is advanced for her age and can attend, then feel free to register her. If your daughter is older than 14 years old (up to 17 years old) she is welcome to join us as she would likely benefit from the overview on puberty and all the related topics covered.
