IntegrateSDGs Action, Partnership, or Initiative Questionnaire
The purpose of this questionnaire is to develop a database of good practices in pursuit of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), focusing on integrated actions that address multiple goals and synergies and trade-offs of those actions. Those interested in registering an integrated action in the database should fill out the following questionnaire that describes the action, SDGs addressed, synergies and trade-offs considered, actions taken to manage interactions, etc. A database administrator will review, seek clarification as needed, and make the entry publicly available. The database will be searchable by categories such as SDG, location and administrative level of implementation, lead organization type, synergies/trade-offs, etc.
