Your custom made Banner Advertisement will be linked to wherever you want buyers to reach you the easiest - you choose!  This Banner Advertisement will be shown in 7 unique top of page locations across our platform for maximum viewing results.

Your custom Google Map Pin will help identify your property much easier than ever before, especially if Google has gotten it wrong in the past.  The Google Map Pin will appear in 4 different locations on our platform for best results to get your property found!

We do offer a 2 month discount if you pay your yearly Banner Advertisement rate up front, plus we will give you the first month for FREE. (12 months x C$200 = C$2400 - 2 month discount = C$2000)

If you have more than one property - it must be listed separately.  You will have to fill in this form for each individual property.  

A simple contract will be provided to document this transaction in both english and spanish - a sample is provided at the end of this page for you to view and read.

It should only take about 5 to 10 minutes to fill out this document, please be very specific and fill out the relevant information as we will copy and paste this information into your custom Google Map Pin.

In the future we will dedicate C$36 per month from your Banner Advertisement into a bilingual tourism campaign "60 second video" for Ometepe and the SJDS area that will feature up to 20 businesses per month to reach out to Nica nationals and international tourists via a creative and efficient Facebook & YouTube marketing campaign.

We can also accept 1 "YouTube Video" of your property which will be placed as the #1 thing buyers will see when they open your Google Map Pin - followed by the 9 best photos.  Again, send us the URL via Whatsapp so that we can easily copy and paste this information.

We may use some of these images to create your "Banner Advertisement" with your C$200 per month - per listing - advertising budget.  Our marketing team will send you a proof of the design for you to accept.
