Citizenship Information
REMINDER: Please bring your Social Security Number to the first (application) workshop OR Alien Registration Number (A-Number), the issue date, and expiration date OR your Visa, Visa type, the issue date, and the expiration date, if applicable.

Please note: If you do not have any of the information listed above, you are still able to apply. Your information will be kept confidential.
U.S. Military/Dependent of Military
If you or your parent/legal guardian are serving or have served in the military, please make sure you are aware of their State of Legal Residence (the place you consider your permanent home) and their Home of Record (the state where they first joined the military) as this information is needed for the application.

If the military member is retired, please also have the date of discharge.

Valid Email Address
Please come to the application workshop with a valid e-mail address that you will check regularly. This should be different than your high school email address as you will receive all Cuyamaca and Grossmont College correspondence via email so it is extremely important to have an email address you will continue to utilize after high school.
