Please use the form to request time for an interview room (Room D224) at SC18.
PLEASE NOTE: In order to provide more meeting space, the room is a shared room divided by curtains, so you should not expect 100% privacy in your conversations. An organization or any individual may only reserve **up to 2 hours** of total time for the interview room over the course of the entire conference – you can request more time, but it may not be available. In the interest of fairness, we have just this one interview space to share with 100 media representatives and 350+ exhibitors.
All final assignments are at the discretion of the SC18 Communications Team.
Interview room hours:
Tuesday, Nov 13th: 8 am—5 pm
Wednesday, Nov 14th: 9 am—5 pm
Thursday, Nov 15th: 9 am—3 pm
