Hamtramck Labor Day Application - Non-profit (No Sales Permitted)
This is a vendor application for non-profit vendors. (No Sales Permitted)

These spots are reserved for community programs, educational programs, charity, arts, health, environmental, and community outreach groups.

BOOTH SPACE
Vendor space is $120.00 per 10’ x 10 feet for the weekend.
If you require more than 10 x10 footprint the prices are as follows:
 20x10 feet - $150
 Additional feet exceeding 20’ is $10/per foot


UTILITIES
 Each space comes with a duplex 110 outlet. Additional power will be extra. Include specific volt
and amp as well as connection type.

REQUIREMENTS
 Vendors are required to provide their own tents, tables and chairs.

 You must supply all proper extension cords to connect to electrical. Cords must be able to reach
up to 150 feet and be in good condition. (no exposed wires)

We will send out notifications the first week in august.

Do you need to rent a tent?
Tent rental is $200 for the weekend for a 10 x 10 tent.
I understand that if I am bringing a tent I MUST have weights.
I understand that I am to submit a application fee to hamtramcklabordayfestival@gmail.com via paypal to the amount of $10.
This does not guarantee a spot in the festival.If accepted into the festival the $10 will be deducted from your Booth fee. There are no refunds.
