Monessen School District Meal Order Form
Parents will be able to order meals for pick-up for breakfast and lunch during our school closure for children in Pre-K through Grade 12. We will be prepared to provide a meal for each student signed up beginning, Monday, March 16, 2020, weekdays only, through the entire closure. You only need to sign up once and your child will continue to receive meals each day through the remainder of the closure. Please, no phone calls at this time. Please fill out the form, which will be located on the district's website or come to the school to complete the form. Someone will be located outside the cafeteria doors during the pick up time.

Pick Up Location: Monessen Elementary Center - Cafeteria Doors - 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM

**No congregating or hanging around the school campus once meals are picked up.
**Also, there will be no access to the building at this time.
