Thank you so much for your interest in ordering signed paperbacks from Ivy Fox.

Please note that Ivy will provide final totals within each invoice after determining the weight and box size/envelope size for each order, depending on the country in which it will be delivered.

Please bear in mind that all books will come directly from Ivy, who currently resides in the EU. Therefore, orders outside the EU will have added customs and VAT-related costs. PayPal fees will also be included in all purchases. 

All orders will include swag such as pins, stickers, and bookmarks, and depending on the size of your purchase, a freebie book may also be included as a surprise gift.

 Books will be sent once invoices have been paid through PayPal.

You will have one week to pay your invoice. After that, all invoices will be canceled unless you have contacted Ivy before the deadline, asking for an extension.

Shipping and processing can take up to 2 months once you have paid your invoice due to Amazon shipping, so please be patient with us as we will do our best to get your orders to you as fast as possible. We are sorry for any delays, especially those out of our control.

Please understand once items have shipped to the provided mailing address, the package becomes the postal service's responsibility, and all damages or lost merchandise issues should go through your local postal provider. This is not something that neither Ivy Fox nor Jennifer Mirabelli can assist with, including but not limited to receiving refunds or reimbursements for lost/damaged packages.
