Fill out this form if you are interested in displaying products for sale at the annual Holiday Market held at Hastings Public Library as part of the Jingle & Mingle celebration in Hastings, MI. Formerly called Art @ the Library, the Market typically has a wide array of vendors selling art, crafts, food, and more.

Please note:
  • Items must be handmade locally. Booth space is prioritized for local and West Michigan vendors.
  • There is no fee to participate, but all vendors must donate at least one item per booth space to the Library. Donated items will be used in a drawing by the Friends of the Hastings Public Library to raise money for the Library.
  • The Library will provide up to 1 table and 2 chairs per booth space. Spaces are approximately 8' x 10' in size.
  • Both the main floor and second floor will be utilized for booth spaces. An elevator is available for vendors located on the second floor.
  • We cannot guarantee size availability or special needs, but we will try to accommodate as best we can.
  • Vendors handle their own transactions. The Library only provides space.
  • Applying for a space is not a guarantee of acceptance into the show. Hastings Public Library staff will make the final determination on participation. Duplication on types of items is kept to a minimum to present the largest variety to customers.
  • This form is the only way to apply to Holiday Market, and we will never ask for payment for a booth space. All communications will come from an @hastingspubliclibrary.org email address. If someone contacts you to apply in any way other than via this form, asks for money, or contacts you from an email address other than @hastingspubliclibrary.org, they are trying to scam you!
