Please use this form to apply for a stall at Richmond Craft Fair.

All Craft Fair stalls are located inside a luxury marquee, with hard, carpeted flooring and protection from the weather. Stall fees include:

- A space in the marquee measuring approx. 3m wide x 2m deep

- WiFi connection

- Overhead lighting

- Marketing and promotion of the fair via local press, flyers and posters, and social media

Tables are not included, however we offer tables for hire at £20 each.

Once we have received your application form, we will contact you to let you know if we are able to offer you a stall. Please do not send payment before you receive confirmation that your application has been accepted.

Please give us a brief description of the goods that you plan to sell at the fair, including details relating to provenance, sourcing and sustainability.

Priority will be given to traders selling handcrafted / hand-designed items.

Edge space, 3m x 2m approx., against one of the outer walls of the marquee - £200

Double Edge space, 6m x 2m approx., against one of the outer walls of the marquee - £360

Standard space (no wall behind), 3m x 2m approx. - £180

Double Standard space (no wall behind), 6m x 2m approx. - £325

Smaller 2m x 2m standard stall (no wall behind) - £130 (new for 2027)

End of Row Stall, 4m x 2m approx - £210
