The HVC Youth Committee members will start calling YW wards to start discussing dates and camps that would work for your groups about the last part of October.  When a date and time are agreed upon we enter your group in our spreadsheet and save the space for your group. We then set up a convenient time for the reservation to be made between a ward YW presidency member and HVC youth committee member. We release those cabins when you are making your reservation so that you can reserve them. We should have contacted all the wards on our list by the date the church system opens up for YW wards to start making a reservation. The date Ward YW presidencies may make a reservation to their assigned camp is November 3 and November 17 for any camp.
