Request Form For Field Trips
Newton's Attic STEM field trips are a favorite for schools all over Kentucky. While appropriate for students 2nd grade through high school, Newton's Attic field trips are particularly good for 3rd - 8th graders. We need most groups for 3.5 hours and customize the start time based on your school day and travel schedule. Our pricing of $25 per student is based on a minimum of 50 students, and we can take up to 85 students in one visit. Groups smaller than 50 students may choose to pay the minimum or combine with another group. We do not charge for teachers or chaperones. For home-school or private school groups where parents provide transportation, we do not charge for non-participating children.

Combining: If you prefer to combine to avoid the minimum payment, can you find another group (such as an additional grade level or another school or coop in your district) to combine with? Arrival and departure time constraints: Please let us know by what time you can arrive and by what time you need to return. Also, please let us know if your schedule is determined by your school district and is inflexible or if you have wiggle room in your arrival and departure times. *
Due to limited date availability and high demand, we may need to combine your group with another group, even if you have met the minimum of 50 students. We can host up to 85 students in one visit, so we reserve the right to add a small group to yours. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes and also to make sure there is a good age and cultural match.
