**PLEASE NOTE: Due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus, Dr. Pesavento is seeing patients (new and established) either virtually through telehealth, in-person, or a hybrid of both depending on each individual's exposure and risk level. The health and safety of all patients is the utmost priority and in-person visits for some patients poses to great of a risk at the present time. Due to the pandemic, most insurance companies are reimbursing for telehealth PT visits at the same reimbursement rate as in-person visits. (Due to state licensure requirements, Dr. Pesavento can only do telehealth visits with patients physically located in Virginia at the time of each visit and also temporarily in Washington DC due to an emergency order from the DC Mayor.)

Is Medicare (part B) your primary insurance? *

PelviCore is not a Medicare provider. Patients with Medicare as their primary insurance cannot be treated at PelviCore, unfortunately, and will need to go to a Medicare provider for their care. If Medicare is their secondary insurance, however, then they can be treated at PelviCore.
