The Hallé Concerts Society is committed towards equal opportunities and welcomes Youth Ensembles members of any sex, race or disability.

We would appreciate you filling out this optional form, which is anonymous and confidential, to help us collect statistical data relating to diversity within our Ensembles. Due to our public funding, we need to provide this data to organisations like Arts Council England and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority for example.

Policy
The Hallé is committed to the principle of equal opportunities. The aim of this policy is to ensure that all members are recruited, trained and promoted according to their ability to fulfill the requirements of their post. Monitoring
The Hallé has adopted the recommendations in the Code of Practice published by the Equal Opportunities Commission and the Commission for Racial Equality that the Hallé should regularly monitor the effects of selection decisions to assess whether equality of opportunity is being achieved. For this purpose you are asked to complete the form below. The information will be treated as strictly confidential and used, in an anonymous way, for statistical purposes only.
