25-26 PGMS Academic Enrichment Form
Punta Gorda Middle School has academic enrichment available for students who are struggling in a core academic class (Math, Science, Social Science, or English Language Arts) and have specific assignments they need assistance on. Enrichment is available Monday - Thursday, from 4:10pm to 5:10pm. 

 The program will begin the week of the 29th.

Monday: Math and Science
Tuesday: Math and Social Science
Wednesday: Language Arts and Social Science
Thursday: Language Arts and Science

Please complete the information below if you are interested in having your child attend. A School Counselor will contact you for confirmation and to confirm your child's start date. 

All students must be picked up no later than 5:15pm. If you are unable to pick up your child, transportation may be available. The Student Code of Conduct applies and students may be asked to no longer attend the program if they are not picked up on time or fail to comply with the Student Code of Conduct. 

If your student requires transportation, they cannot begin until permission slip is signed and confirmed. Below is a link to the Bus Routes and Late Bus Permission Form.
