We are in turbulent times and we need each other now more than ever.
This opportunity is for any woman who identifies as black, who defines herself as a leader, who is seeking coaching, and who desires to share space and build community with other black women on the same wavelength. Through this experience you may make friends, learn new things about yourself, feel emboldened to switch it up in your career or other areas of your life, take risks, and more.

DETAILS
The Institute is comprised of individual and sometimes group coaching sessions depending on the needs of the women in the cohort at the time. You will receive access to a members only Slack space and a monthly online affinity space. The cost to participate in this is on a sliding scale based on your personal financial picture and goals and ranges from $1500 per month to $3500 with a minimum 2-month commitment. Because I work with black women from all walks of life (new grads to CEOs and everything in between!) payment arrangements and scholarships are available. I don't want cost to be a prohibiting factor for any woman who is really looking to participate. Your Slack access and ability to attend the affinity sessions NEVER expires even after the coaching does. Coaching happens on a schedule that works for you and you receive almost unlimited access (I've gotta sleep) to me for the duration of our coaching relationship. Some examples of women who have gone through before include black women who are:
✨Making a career change and need guidance on how to pivot
✨Seeking career coaching with targeted advice on how to get a better job, higher salary, more advancement, etc.
✨Going through a major life transition and need support
✨Learning a new skill and seeking support and information on how to apply it
✨New graduates
✨New moms who are in need of support creating a lasting toolkit to manage their new norm
✨Overcoming trauma
✨Changing up their personal brand/style/persona
