Survey to Plan the Future
Your participation in this survey will shape the Library's new five-year Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan is the Library's roadmap. Together with the community, we reevaluate the Library's mission, values, goals, and responsibilities, and plan for the future.

All questions are optional. This survey should take 5 to 10 minutes to finish.

We're holding a drawing for $10 Dunkin' Donuts gift cards for survey participants 13 and older who provide their name and contact information. All answers will be tallied anonymously.
