Submit a Session Proposal for the 2026 Care Farming Network National Conference

Thank you for your interest in presenting at the CFN National Conference! We strive to facilitate community connection and prioritize shared learning at the event, and your contribution helps bring this vision to life.

Please use this form to submit fully developed session proposals. If you have multiple ideas, you’re welcome to submit more than one form. Feel free to reach out to Sarah at Conference@carefarmingnetwork.org with questions or for assistance with a proposal. The deadline for submissions is August 18th, 2025. We plan to notify applicants by mid-September, 2025.

If you’d like to suggest a topic or recommend a presenter but don’t plan to submit a full proposal, we’d still love to hear from you! Please email Sarah with your ideas at Conference@carefarmingnetwork.org

Please review submissions guidelines before submitting a proposal. To inspire your proposal, we encourage you to review our 2025 Conference Agenda for examples of past sessions. We especially welcome proposals from individuals with lived experience in care farming or related fields.
