2026 RBE Spring Fling Market Vendor Registration Form

Dear Craft Market Vendors,

You are invited to join us at our upcoming Spring Fling at Richard Bulpitt Elementary. We are a 650-student school and last year, our event drew over 600 visitors!

Event date & time:
Friday, June 12th, 2026 from 5-8:30pm

Set up/ take down time:
3:30-4:45pm, 8:30-9:00pm

Event Address:
Richard Bulpitt Elementary (20965 77A Ave, Langley Twp, BC V2Y 2E5)

Vendor Fees:
Free for RBE students
$10 for elementary students from other schools
$20 for middle & high school students
$40 for adults

Area: 
10'x10' OUTDOOR FIELD SPACE - You must provide your own chairs, table and tent. Tent has to have weights regardless of weather conditions. 

The market will be held outside rain or shine. No exceptions will be made. You will have to walk through grass to get to your vendor spot, so please keep that in mind when deciding whether to register. Volunteers will be available to help you access your vendor spot from the parking lot.

Selection process:
Please note that this year we will only be accepting vendors that we think will appeal to young families and children so as to ensure that these vendors will do well at our event. For this reason we will only have one vendor per category. 

Once you have submitted your application form, we will contact you to advise you that you have been selected with an email clearly indicating so. 

We are not accepting MLM vendors. 

If you haven't received a response, it means you have not been selected.
