Host Company Agreement Summer 2021
Thank you for your support in hosting a Student2Work Intern for the 2021 Summer Program. Please note the expected dates of the internship is June 7, 2021 - July 30, 2021.

You agree that your organization will provide a minimum of 32 hours per week at $8.00 hour. Internship hours include 32 hours of virtual soft skills training completed prior to site placement. Soft Skills Training dates are June 7 - 11, 2021.

Responsibilities of the Host Company:
- Host Company must keep accurate records of the student's time and attendance for the assigned work hours.
- Host Company must engage the student in meaningful work and provide tools and equipment necessary for the students to effectively carry out their duties.
- Host Company must promptly notify (Students2Work) regarding performance issues prior to removal of the student from the program.
- Host Company may recommend removal of the student from the program if the students work conduct is unsatisfactory to the company.
- Host Company will adhere to CDC guidelines related to COVID19 for each student internship position.
