Who are we?

Czech Young Immunologists (CYI) bring together young scientists with interest in immunology and related fields. Our activities include regular scientific meetings (presentations, journal clubs, in-person events), informing about news in the Czech and world immunology and collaboration with other organizations such as Czech Immunological Society (CIS) and Young European Federation of Immunological Societies (yEFIS). If you have any additional questions, we will be happy to answer them on cyimmunologists@gmail.com.

Who can take part?

Anyone who contributes to research in immunology with less than 10 years of working experience after completion of their last official degree. Working years do not include PhD studies neither parental or sickness leaves.

What will I gain with registering?

All members of CYI are invited to regular meetings and scientific events and can (but don’t have to) actively participate in their organization. If you decide to become a member of the Czech Immunological Society (yearly membership fee 150 CZK for students including PhD students/300 CZK for other people), you can apply for CIS and EFIS prizes and grants.

Do you want to become a full member through ČIS registration? With registration to ČIS you will automaticaly become a member of EFIS, with all bonuses - travel grants, seminars, prizes and much more.. The fee is 150 CZK/year for students and 300 CZK/year for non-students.
