On Call Team Member- I understand I'll receive an email inviting me to help out whenever there is a need for food, baking, drinks, general donations to support the Hospitality Team.
After Prom Party- event volunteer (May 5, 2018)
The largest PTO event of the year, this party follows Prom (from midnight to 4am). Parents of all current and former students are encouraged to volunteer for over 200 available volunteer positions.
Hall volunteer- January-May, 2018. Work evenings at AHS to design and create hallway decorations for After Prom transformation. Great team environment and camaraderie. Opportunity to work at home if preferred. Hall chairs provide direction and vision. All skill levels welcome.
Food volunteer- Friday and Saturday Volunteers serve, set up and clean up.
Casino volunteer- Training and set up on Friday afternoon. Event shifts starting at midnight Saturday May 5th. Volunteers needed to "deal" games and work cashier table. Split shifts available.
Clean-up Chair/Co-chair to lead volunteers in putting away all decorations. Shift starts at 3:00am Sunday May 6th.
Clean up volunteer- Sunday May 7th (3am). Take down and tuck away decorations and props.
General After Prom volunteer- help where needed night of the event, May 5, 2018.
