State Council on Developmental Disabilities Outreach Application
This “outreach application” is intended to identify individuals interested in serving on the State Council on Developmental Disabilities or on the Council’s Regional Advisory Committees. Please note that there are currently no vacancies on the Council. The Membership Committee is only reviewing applications for the Regional Advisory Committees at this time. Applications for the Council will be reviewed when a vacancy occurs.

If considered a candidate for the Council, an additional on-line application and a resume may be required later in the application process. Appointments to the Council are made by the Governor.
