Welcome to the 2026-2027 School Year. Our overall hope is we can continue to provide Spirit Nights with a commitment to safety while offering a hassle-free fundraiser to support your faculty, students, and families or organization.
How Spirit Nights work: Supporters visit our store on their designated night and time and
mention their organization's name when ordering. Chick-fil-A One app orders and pick up Catering orders do count towards your total as long as the guest mentions their support when they check in. At this time, delivery app orders do not count. We will donate 20% of your organization's pre-tax total back to you
. Checks are cut at the end of every month and mailed to the address we have on file with a $10 minimum. Please note, We offer Spirit Nights on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4-9pm. All Spirit Nights are on a first reserved basis. We allow 2-4 Spirit Nights per calendar year as long as guidelines are followed.To book a Spirit Night, please read the following rules and fill out our form. your top three preferred dates. Schools may have two Spirit Nights per semester and you are welcome to book for the entire school year now.
Tips to a successful Spirit Night:
1. Post flyers in high traffic places to help remind supporters.
2. Use social media in creative ways: Create a shareable event on Facebook, post catchy gifs, advertise a reward to the class with the most participation.
4. Advertise on your school's marquee and outdoor signage.
5. Include Spirit Night flyers in e-mails, school newsletters, facebook groups and take home folders.
6. Encourage student attendance by rewarding the most participated class with a Chick-fil-A party.
7. Use Chick-fil-A Catering! Any school catering order the week of your Spirit Night is included in your total. Treat your staff or a specific group of students to Chick-fil-A and we will add it on! Catering is a delicious and easy way to bump up your total. Our catering menu is available on our app and online.
8. Real Estate Signs! Please reach out if you'd like an outdoor sign/yard sign. We sell these to schools at our cost ($20) so you have an outdoor sign to keep year after year.
Guidelines to follow:
In order to be fair to all, guidelines will be strictly enforced. No school or organization will share a Spirit Night with another group, as we believe your designated night should be all yours. Advertisement prior is crucial and involvement the night of creates a welcoming environment for participants. Please be mindful that all volunteers need to represent their organization and Chick-fil-A in an appropriate and thoughtful manner throughout the night. We reserve the right to ask volunteers to disengage. Do all your advertising before your scheduled night so the night of the event, guests who come for your organization can participate and other guests dining in can enjoy their meal without soliciting. No advertising on store property will be allowed such as signs, asking for customer’s receipts, etc. These actions will result in a forfeited Spirit Night and a cancellation of future Spirit Nights.
