We offer multiple training forms, which can either be mixed, or trained exclusively depending on which one suits your goals best:
  • Cape CrossFit by PEAK: Constantly Varied, High Intensity-workouts with a higher degree of advanced skills in both Weightlifting & Gymnastics.
  • HYROX by CCF: Longer endurance based workouts with a focus on simple variations of functional movements such as Wall Balls, Sand Bag Lunges, Cardio Ergs mixed with some Barbell Strength work - and a lot of running.
  • PEAK SWEAT: Our least complex and most non-competitive training form for those looking for a great HIIT-style type of training with a lot of focus on Cardio machines and simple strength training using simple bodyweight movements like Burpees, Lunges, etc mixed with Dumbbells, Kettlebells, Slamballs and other odd objects.
Note that we require NO previous fitness experience to join our community, our Coaches are experts at meeting you at your level and we modify all workouts according to the experience and capacity of each workout.
