International Food Festival Chef Form
The Unity Coalition of the Southern Alleghenies  and the Bottle Works Ethnic Arts Center are pleased to bring back the highly anticipated Multicultural International Ethnic Dinner on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 6PM – 9PM at the Bottle Works!   

You are invited to share your culture’s cuisines by becoming a Community Chef! As a community chef, you are asked to make a dish or dishes that represent your heritage. Event hosts will provide a 20.75”x12.81”x3.18” aluminum steam pan for each donated dish. Please prepare a dish that could accommodate serving 50 people.

 Chefs can pick up their aluminum steam dish(es) at Gallery Shoppe in the ArtWorks Building (413 Third Ave. Johnstown, PA 15906) between May 1 -11, 2023, during operation hours. (Tues: 10am - 4pm; Wed. - Fri: 10am - 7pm; Bottle Works is closed on Sundays and Mondays)

DAY OF THE EVENT: All dishes must be at the ArtWorks Building by 4 PM. Also, community chefs are asked to serve their dish during dinner service. Doors open at 5:30 PM; and dinner service begins at 6:00 PM.

Event hosts will provide a 20.75”x12.81”x3.18” aluminum steam pan for each donated dish.  Chefs can pick up their aluminum steam dish at Gallery Shoppe between May 1 -11, 2023, during operation hours. If you have an extra chafing stand or wire rack that fits this size pan, please bring along. It would be great to have extras.

Also, For food service businesses, plan to bring menus. We will also display your logo and information on a video display slide show during the event. *
