Independence Landing is an affordable housing community for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We have secured funding to develop Tallahassee’s first residential apartment community which will offer each resident an array of services, supports, inclusive activities, safety and most importantly a quality lifestyle.

Also, you are encouraged to share this information and survey with other families and friends who may have an interest in this exciting community (any resident of the United States is eligible). Please note that completion of this survey is not intended as a formal application. Formal applications will be accepted 90 days prior to construction completion.
