Important Note - This grievance procedure only applies to incidents of discrimination that have occurred in a service, program, activity, building or facility being run by the City of Boston.
This form
cannot be used to resolve discrimination that has occurred in any of these places:
- Businesses
- Restaurants
- Stores or Shops
- Museums
- Theatres
- Sports or Concert Venues
- Any entity other than the City of Boston
