Space Size: 10 X 10 Feet
Equipment: Participants must provide their own tent, tables, chairs and self powered lighting for their area. Tent must be weighted. Power is NOT available.
$ 40 per night
$ 100 for participation in three evenings
$ 120 for participation in all four evenings
Exhibitors are required to supervise their own space during hours of operation.
Load-in/set up may commence at 4:00pm. No vendor will be permitted to set up before this time.
No items may be left unattended.
No admittance to event area after 6:00 p.m. All vendors must remain open during the event hours. Packing-up will not be permitted until the close of the show.
All vehicles must be out of the event area, following set-up, no later than 5:45 p.m. Vehicles may not re-enter event area until 10:00 pm. Vendors should park in any on-street parking or parking lots located outside of the event.
All vendors are required to provide their own lighting. LED lanterns are recommended. Power is not provided.
All tents must be staked or weighted.
