Secord Council’s Fun Fair - Volunteer Form
Secord Council’s annual Fun Fair is fast approaching!
We are seeking 80+ volunteers to ensure that this end of year party is an outstanding success. Please consider signing yourself up or helping us to look recruit volunteers. This event is only possible with support from our community members!
This year’s event will take place on Thursday June 19th, 2025 from 5pm to 8pm. Volunteers are needed before, during and after the event.
Before Event Volunteer:
When: Thursday June 19th from 10:00 - 4:00pm
What: sorting donations, event set up, running errands, etc.
During Event Volunteer:
When: Thursday June 19th from 4:00 - 8:30pm
What: run games, sell food, paint faces and run activity stations
After Event Volunteer:
When: Thursday June 19th from 8:00 - 9:30pm
What: putting away stations from food, games, activities
