Dear Students,

Thank you for taking the time to fill out this form! We appreciate your heart in wanting to serve our community and help the next generation of dancers grow & learn. Please remember, being an assistant and/or instructor is a great responsibility that will require patience, commitment, love, learning awareness of yourself as a dancer, and a humbleness to listen to your lead director at all times.

Please note: 

  • Student Assistants must be 12 years of age by August 1st, 2023
  • Student Instructors must be 15 years of age by August 1st, 2023
