Submission Guidelines:

Thanks for wanting to share your work with Older Sister! Before you submit, a few things to know:

  • Submitting doesn't guarantee your piece will be published. We read everything, and we choose pieces based on what fits each issue. If we don't use yours this time, we may hold onto it for a future issue.
  • Older Sister doesn't pay contributors right now. You'll be credited by name, initials, or a nickname — your choice!
  • By submitting, you're confirming this is your own original work, and that you're okay with it being published in print and/or online.
  • If you're under 18, please check with a parent or guardian before submitting.
