Thank you for your interest! All the sessions are full now; we will decide and announce soon about opening new sessions. Thank you for your patience and revisiting our website for the announcements.
You can find inmormation about these meetings below:
Dear Members of the IDOCDE Community,
Following the announcement published in the April Edition of the IDOCDE Editorial, we are excited to invite you to the first meetings of the IDOCDE Virtual Place for Taking Space that are going to take place the week following the Easter weekend starting with Monday, April 13 (also known as week 16, if you have week count option enabled on your calendars).
With these meetings we aim to offer space to share and process what these precarious times hold for us, creative professionals. We wish to orient ourselves to our current real life circumstances and support each other in building resilience.
Below is the registration sheet. Please use it to register your attendance at a desired meeting at least 1 hour before the start of the meeting. This will help us organise according to the following and temporary criteria:
1. We are going to be keeping the groups small to begin with, at 8 attendees max. per meeting. Informed by the experiences gained during the first week, we might be considering organising meetings for larger or smaller groups.
2. For each meeting, we are announcing which languages–other than the standard International English–will the hosts be able to host the meetings in. Informed by the experiences gained during the first week, we will take further steps, possibly organise meetings in specific languages only.
We will also be monitoring which time zones are more or less popular during this first week and organise future meeting times accordingly.
These outlines are created in anticipation of, and are imagined as a jumping board. The structure of these meetings will change sensitive to and relative to the needs and thoughts and reflections and desires you bring to the table.
Hope to see you soon!
