Terms and Conditions for those participating in a Bizezi Training event
This Bizezi business course is offered completely free for you thanks to the generous funding of our event partners. The purpose of the course is to help you build your own business and make money doing what you love to do. All the information you provide in this form will be used to help us understand the needs of future participants. It will not be shared with anyone except our partners. For all reporting purposes, all information will be anonymised.

Privacy and confidential information
Under the Privacy Act 2020, we have a duty to protect any personal information we collect. Personal data collected on this form will only be used for the purpose of reporting on project success and will not be disclosed to any external organisations (except our partners) without your permission. The information will be anonymised for reporting purposes. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact us at hello@bizeziapp.com.  We will hold in confidence all information concerning you or your affairs that we acquire during the course of acting for you.

Media
There may be media present at our events. Photos and video will be taken. By submitting this form and attending the Bizezi event you give permission for any photos or video to be used in promotional activity by Bizezi or Bizezi's partners. Promotion may be online, on social media or in print. Please talk to us before the course if you have any concerns or email hello@bizeziapp.com.

Intellectual Property
All Bizezi Course specific material in form of information, methods, techniques and know-how presented by Bizezi Ltd and communicated to the participants remain the property of the Bizezi Ltd.

​Workshops
​You are signing up to attend one of the Bizezi Business Programmes. Please note that priority has been given to you on the understanding you will do your best to attend all workshops. We will contact you in the future to find out if the workshops have been useful for you. You will be invited to join our National Facebook Support Group for Bizezi participants/graduates. This is a closed group where you can privately share ideas and ask for help from past participants from all Bizezi business courses.

Respect
Every participant will have a different concept or idea for business that is unique for them. This applies not only to business but to all culturally different backgrounds. We have found that everyone learns from everyone else irrespective of age, ethnicity, gender and experience. We ask that during the course you find ways to be positive and proactive for the benefit of all attendees  - listening, supporting, collaborating and learning.

Health and safety
Bizezi Ltd is committed to meeting its health and safety obligations as required by New Zealand legislation in order to minimise risks to your health and safety.  By completing this survey you agree and acknowledge that to the extent permissible by law, Bizezi Ltd and its partners have no liability to me for any injury, loss or indirect loss sustained by me during or in any way related to your participation in this course.
