Waiver: By choosing "Agree," I assume all risks associated with participating in this event, including but not limited to, travel to and from event, tripping and falling, contact with other participants, spectators, or objects on or near the course path, the effects of the weather including temperature and humidity, vehicle and pedestrian traffic, any exposure to illness including covdi-19, and all such risks known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing the facts and consideration of acceptance of my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, and my team, waive and release Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association, the Town of Coupeville, race officials, volunteers, and representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my and the teams participation in this event. *
