EPABA MEMBERS (in good standing): receive ONE complimentary 6' table with 2 chairs.
Additional table are available to book, prices listed below. Table linen is not included but can be rented, price listed below
EPABA NON-MEMBER: $30/6' table & 2 chairs
EPABA NON-MEMBER CHARITY/NON-PROFIT: $15/6' table & 2 chairs
OPTIONAL RENTALS:
- Additional Member Tables: $20/6' table
- Additional Non-Member Tables: $20/6' table
- 8' table (no linen included): $25/table rental
- 6' Table Linen (black or white available): $20/linen for 6'
- 8' Table Linen (black or white available): $25/linen for 8'
Rules & Regulations:
- First come, first served until sold out
- Sampling & Selling are permitted
- Roaming is not permitted
- Electrical outlets and back walls are not guaranteed/promised (plan ahead and come prepared)
- Linen is not included in table rentals
- Set up for exhibitors is from 9:30 am - 10:50 am (all tables must be set up no later than 10:45 am)
- Tear-down can only occur after 2:00 pm (no earlier tear-down)
