Use this form to provide updates to your membership contact information. These updates will be applied to your entry in the membership roster.

For annual yearbook directory updates: Please be sure to submit changes to your information no later than Aug. 31 of the current year.

For general updates to your information: There is no limit to when or how many times you can fill out this form; the most recent updates you provide will be applied to your entry in the membership roster.

You may fill out the entire form or only the information that needs to be updated.

Updates will be made to the membership roster approximately once a week; you may expect your changes to take effect within seven days of submitting them.

The chapter sometimes takes PHOTOS at meetings and events to share on the website, social media, newsletter, national publications, etc. Please share or update your preferences for how you would like your image in PHOTOS used by the chapter.
This question specifies *use* of images. Photos are generally taken at events for chapter archival purposes. Unless a preference is specified, the chapter will assume that images taken of its members and in good taste may be shared.

The chapter sometimes captures VIDEO of our sisters' musical performances and other events to share on the website, social media, newsletter, national publications, etc. Please share or update your preferences for how you would like your image in VIDEOS used by the chapter.
This question specifies *use* of videos. Video is sometimes recorded at events for chapter archival purposes, usually during a musicale performance. Unless a preference is specified, the chapter will assume that video captured of its members and in good taste may be shared.
