Client Inquiry Form
Hello, and thank you for reaching out to us! This message is sent directly to those of us on the client care coordination team, and we aim to respond within 24 hours. It is our goal to reply within the same business day.

Important things to know about The Healing Collective:
  • We are an Out of Network Provider and provide documentation for you to apply for reimbursement.
  • Our services range from $100-$300/hr and you may use your HSA/FSA for our services.
  • We serve clients located in North Carolina and South Carolina, so all of our clinicians are accessible to you regardless of your location within the Carolinas. We offer select services to those located in Tennessee and Delaware.
  • We offer virtual and in-person services.
After submitting this inquiry form, you'll be offered a link to book your free consult. If you don't need or want the free consult and are ready to schedule, I will be in touch shortly to schedule you for your first appointment. Thank you for taking the time to answer these questions!

Warm regards,

Liza
