European 'Houses' of Culture: Survey of innovative collaboration models
This survey is part of the mapping exercise in the framework of the European ‘Houses’ of Culture project, managed by EUNIC Global.

We invite you to contribute to this project by identifying and submitting relevant collaboration models over the last 30 years, or presently ongoing, that could serve as European ‘Houses’ of Culture. The survey consists of a number of questions about the models. Please be as clear and concise as possible in answering the questions.

Please fill in one form per project. You don’t need to be the responsible person for the project. If you find a project relevant but you or your organisation were not in charge, please don’t hesitate to inform us about this project anyway. No in-depth knowledge of the project is required. We just ask you to fill in the form to the best of your ability. If the project looks relevant within the framework of European 'Houses' of Culture, we will do in-depth research which includes contacting and interviewing the project managers or sponsors.

We ask you to fill in this survey by 26 February.

If there are any questions about the online survey, about the projects we are looking for, or about the European ‘Houses’ of Culture project itself, do not hesitate to contact Robert Kieft (Project Manager European ‘Houses’ of Culture at Robert.kieft@eunicglobal.eu. Or see www.eunicglobal.eu/european-houses-of-culture

Many thanks in advance!
