We need community input! Please share your thoughts regarding what criteria should be used to evaluate potential offers on CCSD excess property. CCSD has four properties for sale: Golddigger Field, the Bus Barn, Building 103 (former middle school), and the track just south of Building 103.

Buyers might offer on all four of the properties, or on any combination. CCSD could sell all four properties, or any combination.

Should CCSD decide to retain ownership of Building 103 (former middle school), a renovation of the building into an elementary school is likely (and longer term Carlson Elementary would then be for sale).

List three words or phrases that describe what you believe should be priorities for the CCSD Board as they consider offers on excess property. *
