/mlp/ con online 2021 - Event/Panel Application
All panels and events are welcome and almost no censorship (outside of standard board rules) will be applied. Please make sure the panel is /mlp/-related in some way (about the show, the board, the fandom, horses, Filly Funtasia, whatever).

To become a vendor:
What kind of events could you host?
Sketch art based on requests from an audience
Talk about things you do in the fandom
Make an event based around a general
Talk about your strange fan theories
Show people how you make music or animate
Do a short tabletop game
Play Jackbox, Cards Against Equinity, Amogus, maybe mix in alcohol for extra fun (keep it pony themed please)
Do live music requests
Watch a show or videos together on CyTube (must be pony-related)
Have a gamer tournament for Them's Fightin' Herds or another similar game (again, pony-related)
Do a live let's play
Do a live reaction
Interview an anon
Host a podcast
What do you want your event to be called?
This is the name we'll list on the schedule and in the CyTube; keep it short but descriptive if possible
Write a description for your event
This description will be listed in the schedule; be as descriptive as possible
Have you ever hosted a live-streamed event before?
Not Applicable (you're not going to livestream)
Would you like assistance in setting up for your event?
If so, please be sure to leave a way we can contact you below and an anon (probably Twifag) will be in touch and work with you to help make your event successful.
If you are planning a live stream, what platform do you intend to use?
If you need help streaming, we will have anons who know how to stream and can stream your event via a video call on Discord, Jitsi, Zoom, or another video conferencing platform.
CyTube (not for streaming, but for group video viewing)
If you have it, please provide a URL to your stream or your streaming account.
If you don't have one yet, please be sure to get it to us before the schedule is finalized (around June 1).
When do you want to host your event? (Inlcude date and time)
Provide an exact date and time (with timezone) below if you know it. You can also post a window in which you'd like to hold your event. If you really don't care, just leave this blank. Please note that requests for dates and times will be handled on a first come, first served basis.
How long will your event be?
Please give the length of time in minutes. Just estimate if you need to, we'll use this as the end time on the schedule.
How can we contact you?
Please provide a way of contacting you. We prefer an e-mail address or a username on any of the following chat platforms: Matrix, Discord, Telegram. We may not be able to reach you on any platform, but for sure we can do e-mail and those platforms.
