Our Mission, Vision, & Story
Our Mission.

Helping people win their day by providing inspiration and fuel for their #reallifeadventures.

At Lamppost Coffee Roasters we inspire adventure through engaging the senses, experiential education, and epic encounters. Through honesty-in-action, from seed to cup, blending art & science, we are creating a place...where worlds meet...

Our Vision.
To be wildly successful at inspiring adventure, pursuing excellence, intersecting stories and creating a place where worlds meet. When Lamppost "family" members succeed in life, we succeed as a business. When Lamppost Coffee Roasters succeeds as a business, Bonney Lake succeeds as a community.

We are relationship focused and seek to be wildly successful in all our relationships.

We continually grow our skills and knowledge in business as well as both the art and science of artisan roasted coffee and handcrafted beverages seeking to be wildly successful life-long learners and resourcers.

We practice laughter, gratitude and generosity seeking to be wildly successful in attitudes and personal atmospheres of joy, gratitude and startling generosity.

We are a "family" of adventurers who aspire to teach, train, inspire, build-up, resource and empower other adventurers as leaders and guides seeking to be wildly successful in intersecting stories both locally and globally.

Our Story...

Great things start in the garage like Apple, Computer Service Center here in Bonney Lake and Lamppost Coffee Roasters! We began roasting coffee for ourselves, neighbors, family and friend in 2013 building up to opening as a coffee retailer roaster in 2014. We launched the business after converting more than half the garage into a food processing plant and installed a commercial coffee roaster in 2015. Now we are expanding to have a coffee bar and cafe too! The 5 years of roasting and being in the coffee industry, leading up to the launch of our retail space has served as a testing and training ground for who we are and have been foundational to who we will become. We are, and will continue, growing and establishing our culture and customer service style. To be real, while coffee is important and central to the business, creating a place for family, community and life to happen is the most important part...we are creating a place where worlds meet! The coffee is amazing, but it’s the people (The Lamppost Coffee Family) that keep the people coming back!
