The Welsh Rugby Union and the Regions are running an eight week programme of skills development centres aimed at girls in the under 12 to under 18 age groups.
 
The skills centres are open to players of all abilities – from new to experienced players and will focus on improving core skills, fitness and positional work.

The Skill centre will be held at Llandarcy academy of sport from Monday the 4th of October .

U12s and U14s will train on 5pm - 6pm.
U16s and U18s will train 6pm - 7pm
