Duke Energy is the largest, and dirtiest utility in our state, and one of the biggest climate polluters in the nation. When compared to other major utilities in Indiana, Duke has made the least amount of progress in moving towards clean energy. In 2024, we are calling on Duke to release a 20-Year Energy Plan that moves us beyond coal no later than 2030 towards 100% affordable, renewable energy. Outreach Workshops with the Sierra Club (Zoom)

Ready to help collect petitions in your networks and city, to connect with community leaders, or help us reach Sierra Club supporters by phone? An Outreach Workshop is the place to go! Can't make these dates? Use the "Other" option to put 1-3 dates and times you'd be available. Note: Some of the workshops may include brief volunteer team updates, planning or check-ins.

Volunteer to help collect petitions at Upcoming Events for a couple of hours. We will provide you with everything you need to be successful! 
Let us know about any events you'd like to see a Sierra Club Booth at, or other activities you may want to lead or participate in. For example, having a booth at your church, or passing out information in downtown areas are also great ways to get the word out.
