Excusal Form - Fall SBA/WACAS

On Wednesday, November 3rd all 9th, 11th, and 12th grade students will be offered to take the Smarter Balanced Assessment (SBA) and the Washington Comprehensive Assessment of Science (WACAS). Following testing on Wednesday, students will be asked to remain in Advisory to complete quiet asynchronous work until dismissal at 2:20pm. Since students are allowed to work at their own pace, completion times will vary. If you would like to excuse your student once their testing is complete, please sign this form.
