Thank you for your interest in serving on the Board of Directors of Felton Laboratory Charter School (FLCS). The governing board consists of 9 members, 4 appointed members and 5 elected members, as outlined in the South Carolina Charter Schools Act (SC Code of Laws Title 59, Chapter 40), as amended, and the Felton Laboratory Charter and Bylaws. FLCS seeks a diverse board with the skills needed to govern a public charter school. Per law, at least 50% must have experience in business or kindergarten-high school education. Board directors are responsible for the long term sustainability of the school.

There are three (3) elected seats up for election during this cycle. Candidates for the school's board directors will need to complete this entire form.

The deadline to apply for appointment is Noon on March 20, 2026.
