We invite you to be a part of the Serve Noblesville FUN Fest!

This is the space we get to come together to celebrate all things Noblesville and showcase the #1 asset that makes our town so undeniably awesome: our people!

Noblesville has a long-standing history and is valued for the small-town appeal that it offers. However, our city is growing prolifically right now.  There has been almost a 30% population increase in the past 10 years--we’ve never seen anything like this before. We have the unique opportunity to uphold the roots of this community that have nurtured and sustained us as we simultaneously embrace and cultivate the newer branches that now call Noblesville home.   

Sponsorship:
- We invite sponsorship for this event from the community.
- Sponsorship start at $250 per booth.
- Sponsorship helps to cover the cost of the tents, marketing, and other event fees. In addition, up to $100 is available to the Booth Hosts to help provide a food sample at your booth. Booth hosts will be reimbursed after the event up to $100 by submitting receipts.
- Sponsors will have a sign with their name outside your booth designating their community partnership.
- Sponsors and Booth Hosts will be introduced and invited to work together to set-up, organize, and run the booth for the event.
- Booth Hosts are welcome to invite or bring their own Sponsorship, if they choose, but it is not required.

INTEGRITY CONTRACT
Serve Village Inc. is a non-profit organization that seeks to connect compassionate neighbors by creating community partnerships and events that allow people to meet and connect with one another.

While you are at our event, we see you as an extension of our organization. In that light, we ask that you uphold our inclusive values and help us create a space that is accepting of people of all races, genders, sexual orientation, nationalities, religions, and socioeconomic status.

Completing the application serves as your signature, ensuring that all of your song lyrics, attire, overall public image, and marketing/promotional materials are void of any profanities, derogatory language, and inappropriate references.
