Be a part of the very first Elkton Alliance, Inc. - Winter Light Parade on Friday, February 16 at 6:30pm in Downtown Elkton! Join us at the Cecil County Arts Council to learn how to create battery operated lanterns to carry in the parade. All materials are provided, just bring your creative spirit! Two dates available for the workshops - Limit 20 registrants.
