Recent BSB graduates and MBA/MS alumni:
If you are a recent BSB graduate (graduated in December 2025), and have been working with a UG career coach, leverage the Undergraduate Coaching team for your coaching needs.
If you are a recent MBA/MS graduate (graduated in December 2025), please schedule an appointment with the graduate coach aligned to your program. .
If you are not a recent graduate request an alumni career coaching appointment by completing these 3 quick steps:
1. Reactivate your UMN login credentials. Your MyU account is considered active if you have logged into MyU or your UMN email at least once in the past year or if you have activated an @alumni.umn.edu address. If you know your UMN account is still active, please move to step 2.
To reactivate: Contact the Technology Helpline at 612-301-4357 or use the tech Chat. Let the staff member know you would like to reactivate your UMN login credentials (aka “ your X500”, NOT your email). You will be asked for your date of birth, phone number and U of M ID number.
2. Next, navigate to MyU>My Info tab to update your personal email address. This ensures you receive appointment notifications. - Select Edit in the Email block
- Select Add an Email Address
- Select Home as the Email Type
- Enter your personal email address in the Email Address field
- Select Save
3. Complete the form below. Upon submission, expect to hear from the Carlson Business Career Center via email within approximately three business days. If you do not receive an email, check your spam, and reach out to carlsonalumni@umn.edu.
Scheduling alumni career coaching appointments is subject to Career Center availability.
