The Cabins can only be allotted to PhD thesis writers/faculty members of IIUI.
Allotment shall be for one semester and renewable for one time for another semester
Allotment shall be not-transferable
All cabin members should mark their attendance on register at the entrance of the Library
Allotment of cabin will be cancelled if not used for two weeks without intimation to Incharge Reader Services.
Book(s) kept in the allotted Cabin should be issued from Reader Services Desk before keeping it in the cabin.
Reference books (with green spine label e.g. Dictionary, Encyclopedia, etc.) are not allowed in the Cabin.
Alloties should keep their cabins clean
Violation of any rule may result in cancellation of allotment
The applicant shall provide attested copies of CNIC, Student ID Card, Notification of Topic Approval, Study Leave in case of faculty member
Only registered members of Dr Muhmmad Hamidullah Library shall be eligible to apply for cabins
